Savannah, Georgia is a town on the northeastern coast of Georgia. It has a current population of 142,772 people, but only 114 people originally came over to the colony from Europe. The colony was founded by James Oglethorpe on February 1, 1733. Savannah was the colony's first city. It is now a historical city and has many places worth visiting and many museums. It is definitely a place worth visiting. |
